Nate Kelly

Nate Kelly is a litigation associate in the Nashville office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Nate assists clients with complex and high-stakes matters in product liability, data-breach, mass-tort and commercial litigation. He has experience supporting coordinated strategy in data-breach multidistrict litigation for commercial entities across multiple jurisdictions, defending commercial clients in state and federal court, and managing defense strategy as part of a national coordinating counsel team in asbestos litigation. Nate supports clients through every phase of litigation, from document review and discovery to drafting pleadings, developing case strategy and preparing for trial.
