Overview

Claire Marie Kuhn is a litigation associate in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Claire Marie has a broad practice spanning complex commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement and corporate internal investigations. Her commercial litigation experience includes putative antitrust class actions, products liability/mass torts, contract disputes, trade secrets, securities fraud and other business torts. She also advises companies in connection with inquiries, investigations and enforcement actions brought by the SEC, DOJ and other federal and state authorities, and assists with corporate internal investigations.

Claire Marie maintains an active pro bono practice, including work with the New England Innocence Project.
