Overview

Rebekah Scherr is an antitrust partner in Kirkland's Washington D.C., office. Rebekah’s practice is focused on advising U.S. and multinational clients on a range of antitrust and competition issues, with an emphasis on merger notification compliance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and globally. Rebekah also counsels clients with respect to general compliance with antitrust laws, including integration planning, gun-jumping and other aspects of the merger review process.

Rebekah has represented a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies and investment funds. Rebekah has experience in a multitude of industries, including pharmaceuticals, computer software, luxury goods and consumer products, transportation, energy, construction machinery and equipment, emerging technologies and others.
