Kirkland Advises Blackstone on Acquisition of Alliance Technical Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised Blackstone (NYSE: BX) on the acquisition of Alliance Technical Group, a leading provider of environmental testing, monitoring and compliance services, by funds affiliated with Blackstone Energy Transition Partners, Blackstone’s strategy for control-oriented equity investments in energy-related businesses and other Blackstone funds. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
