Jessica Schultz
Overview
Jessica Schultz is a real estate partner in Kirkland's Chicago office. Jessica represents and counsels a wide variety of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including fund formation, restructurings, acquisitions, and dispositions. She also assists in the real estate aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, corporate financing, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and related transactions.
Experience
Representative Matters
Represented Wilton Re on its acquisition of Allstate Life Insurance Company of New York.
Represented borrower in $400 million mortgage financing secured by portfolio of industrial properties.
Represented KKR and Consortium in $15 billion acquisition of CyrusOne Inc. (NASDAQ: CONE), including two committed, secured real estate financings totaling $9 billion.
Represented TPG Real Estate Partners on its acquisition of Cinespace Studios in Chicago and Toronto. Cinespace is the second largest independent sound stage platform in North America with best-in-class studio campuses.
Represented Nuveen on the acquisition of approximately $3 billion of warehouse, logistics and distribution centers from Blackstone.
