Overview

Eugene Temchenko is a litigation associate in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has experience representing businesses, directors, managers and officers in a variety of complex commercial disputes in federal courts, state courts and arbitrations, including disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and federal securities laws. Additionally, Eugene maintains an active pro bono docket focused on defending individuals in Dallas at risk of homelessness.
