Overview

Miranda Wheeler is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex litigation in both state and federal courts. She has second-chaired jury trials and arbitrations, appeared and argued before numerous courts, and won both in trial and on the papers.

Miranda predominantly splits her practice between business litigation and products liability work. She also has experience with forfeiture proceedings and trust advice and litigation involving high-net-worth individuals. She represents clients in all industries, including finance, real estate, technology, healthcare, consumer products, sports and entertainment, energy, construction and insurance.
