Overview

Arman Zadeh is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on the formation, structuring and ongoing operation of private investment funds, ranging from emerging managers to global sponsors. In addition, Arman counsels fund sponsors on internal economic and governance matters, co-investment arrangements and separately managed accounts, and advises on fund-related aspects of M&A transactions.
