Law360 2007 Litigation Almanac

Kirkland & Ellis ranked in the top ten for patent litigation in IP Law360’s survey of the 300 largest U.S. law firms and 28 IP boutiques. Kirkland ranked fifth for number of cases filed (51) and second for growth (21%).

The survey, which measures the number of new patent cases undertaken between January 1, 2006, and December 31, 2006, was based on data from federal court dockets. IP Law360 is a newswire for IP professionals covering developing stories in litigation, law and policy.
