Kirkland Advises Bain Capital on Strategic Growth Investment in Kahua

Kirkland & Ellis advised Bain Capital Tech Opportunities on a minority growth investment in Kahua, an AI enterprise construction platform for complex capital programs, at a valuation above $1 billion. The partnership will support Kahua's next phase of growth, including continued investment in AI and product innovation as well as go-to-market, customer success and talent development initiatives.
