In the eighth annual “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies” survey, Corporate Counsel named the go-to law firms for America’s biggest corporations. Corporate Counsel examined public records to determine the outside counsel most frequently used by Fortune 100 companies.
Kirkland ranked fourth overall (19 mentions), tied for second for litigation (five mentions) and tied for third for intellectual property (seven mentions).
