BTI Litigation Outlook 2015

Kirkland was recognized as a leader in litigation in the areas of class action, complex commercial litigation, and securities and finance law in BTI Consulting’s 2015 Litigation Outlook report, which compiles commentary from more than 300 in-house counsel.

For the fourth time, Kirkland was selected as one of the “Fearsome Foursome” — the four firms most likely to strike fear in opposing counsel because of their tenacity, their ability to assemble winning legal teams and their skill at anticipating opponents’ strategy. Corporate counsel also identified Kirkland as one of three “powerhouse” firms for both complex commercial litigation, and securities and finance litigation, and as a “standout” firm for its class action practice.
