ACG Houston Deals of the Year 2022

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston recognized Kirkland & Ellis with two awards as part of its 2022 “Deal of the Year” Awards. Kirkland was recognized as part of the “Oilfield Services Deal of the Year” for its representation of the Special Committee of ProFrac Holding Corp.’s Board of Directors on ProFrac’s agreement to acquire U.S. Well Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: USWS) (USWS). The Firm was also recognized as part of the “Diversity & Inclusion Deal of the Year” for its representation of Treaty Oak Equity, LLC in its acquisition of DJ’s Boudain, LLC.
