Partner Matthew Fagen Named an “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” by T&W

Turnarounds & Workouts selected Kirkland partner Matthew Fagen as an “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” for 2025. The list honors 12 attorneys under the age of 40 who are leaders in the bankruptcy field.

Matthew, whose practice involves representing debtors and creditors in out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 cases across the retail, technology and energy industries, was recognized for advising Thrasio Holdings, Inc., Liberated Brands LLC and HONX, Inc. on their respective Chapter 11 cases.
