Kirkland Named an Outstanding Firm for Global Trade Secrets by WIPR

World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) honored Kirkland with the highest ranking in its 2025 “Global Trade Secrets” guide, which spotlights firms and individuals counseling clients through intricate, cross-border trade secret litigation. The guide gave Kirkland the “Outstanding” distinction for being the “most adept at handling complex global trade secrets matters.”

Kirkland partners Adam Alper, Michael De Vries, Sharre Lotfollahi, Laura Vartain, Aaron Marks, George Hicks and Kristin Rose were also recognized in the guide.
