Kirkland Honored at Managing IP Americas Awards

Managing Intellectual Property named Kirkland “Firm of the Year: Patent Disputes (West)” and partner Robin McCue “Litigator of the Year: Trademark (Midwest)” at its 2026 Americas Awards.

Robin focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, primarily on trademark and false advertising litigation. She has extensive courtroom experience, litigating trademark and false advertising matters in the context of requests for expedited relief.

The annual Americas Awards honor the best firms and attorneys within Managing IP’s IP Stars listings, covering more than 70 international jurisdictions. The winners are chosen by the publication’s research team, based on extensive interviews with peers and clients.
