Kirkland Recognized in Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Guide

Benchmark Litigation awarded Kirkland’s litigation practice in China and Hong Kong SAR a Tier 1 ranking in Insolvency in its 2026 Asia-Pacific Guide. The publication also honored the Firm’s white-collar crime and commercial and transactions groups in both China and Hong Kong.

Partner Neil McDonald was named a “Litigation Star,” and partners Wei-Yang Lim and Jodi Wu were recognized as “Future Stars.” Additionally, Wei-Yang was recognized as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in the Asia-Pacific region for his insolvency work in both China and Hong Kong.
