Kirkland Counsels Ares Management Corporation on Strategic Partnership with Volery Capital Partners

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Ares Management Corporation in its investment in Volery Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in funds focused on creating positive environmental and social impact. Ares will become a minority shareholder of Volery, providing capital to support the firm’s operating and investment activities.
