A Thanksgiving Leftovers Edition of Litigator of the Week Shout-Outs

Chris Lawless, Adam Alper, Mike De Vries and Kevin Wang received a shout-out for The American Lawyer Litigation Daily's "Litigator of the Week" for their work for Air Comm Corp.

"... A Kirkland & Ellis team led by Chris Lawless secured a preliminary injunction last month for aviation and aerospace client Air Comm Corp. and its affiliates in a case involving allegations that seven former employees took company trade secrets and confidential information for the benefit of their new employer, competitor ERG Aerospace Corp. After an evidentiary hearing in October, U.S. District Judge S. Kato Crews in Denver granted the injunction finding a “flagrant taking and using of trade secrets,” which involved the defendants storing files taken from Air Comm in a Google drive with the password “NotStolenJustBorrowed.” The Kirkland team at the evidentiary hearing included Adam Alper, Mike De Vries and Kevin Wang."
