Kirkland & Ellis Advises Fortune Brands in $600M Acquisition of Norcraft

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represents Fortune Brands Home & Security (NYSE: FBHS) in its agreement to acquire Norcraft Companies, Inc., a leading publicly owned manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, for a total enterprise value of about $600 million.
