Kirkland Advises Accenture in Acquisition of Cloud Sherpas

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company Accenture (NYSE: ACN) in its acquisition of Cloud Sherpas, a leader in cloud advisory and technology services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The full release can be found here. Kirkland also recently advised Accenture on its pending sale of Navitaire to travel technology provider Amadaeus IT Holding SA.
