Kirkland Counsels Pearl on Close of Inaugural Fund at $500M Hard Cap
Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Pearl Energy Investments on the close of its inaugural fund, which reached its hard cap and held the final closing with total commitments of $500 million. Pearl is a provider of private equity capital and sponsorship to the energy industry, concentrating on oil and gas production, midstream, and services sectors. The full release is available here.
