Kirkland Represents Butterfly on Investment in Lemonade Restaurant Group

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Butterfly Enterprises, a Los Angeles-based investment firm that specializes in the food industry, on its equity investment alongside KKR in Lemonade Restaurant Group, a Los Angeles-based restaurant company.
