Kirkland Represents Apax Partners on its Sale of Epicor Software Corporation to KKR

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Apax Partners, a leading global private equity advisory firm, on its sale of Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, to the global investment firm KKR.
