Kirkland Counsels Tecta on its Acquisition by ONCAP Funds

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Tecta America Corp., a portfolio company of Oaktree Capital, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by the ONCAP III Group. Based in the United States, Tecta is a leading national commercial roofing company offering installation, replacement, and repair services. Kirkland previously represented Oaktree in its acquisition of Tecta on July 1, 2013 and has represented Tecta in a number of financing and other transactions since then.  The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2016, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
