Kirkland Represents Accenture on Acquisition of Seabury Group’s Corporate Advisory and Aviation Consulting Business

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Accenture (NYSE: ACN), a leading global professional services company, on its acquisition of the corporate advisory and aviation consulting businesses of Seabury Group, a New York-based professional services firm focused on the aviation industry.
