Kirkland Advises Oaktree and KKR on Acquisition of Proserv

Kirkland & Ellis LLP counseled Oaktree Capital Management and KKR in their acquisition -- pursuant to an out-of-court restructuring -- of Proserv, a Scotland-based global engineered products and services business. The acquisition is in connection with a debt-for-equity exchange and injection of $50 million of new investment by the company’s lenders.
