Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Syncora Holdings Ltd. on its agreement to sell its American Roads subsidiary to global infrastructure investor DIF. American Roads owns and operates a portfolio of five toll road assets, including a lease interest in the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel, an international tolled tunnel between Detroit, Michigan and Windsor, Ontario.
