Kirkland Advises Shermco on Sale to Gryphon Investors

Kirkland & Ellis LLP counseled Shermco Industries, the leading independent provider of electrical testing, maintenance, and repair services in North America, on its decision to be acquired by Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, from funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.’s Power Opportunities Group.
