Kirkland Represents Funds Advised by Apax Partners on Investment in Paycor

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented funds advised by Apax Partners, a global private equity firm, on its investment in Paycor, a Human Capital Management company. Paycor provides HR, payroll, time, recruiting, benefit administration and other services to over 38,000 medium and small-sized companies. The financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
