The firm is also recognized for taking “pride in its ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams able to provide the full-service capabilities required by clients” (The Times).

Partners Kon Asimacopoulos, Partha Kar, Sean Lacey, Elaine Nolan and James Watson are individually identified as “market leaders,” “leading lawyers,” “highly regarded” or “recommended lawyers” in this field.
In addition to Kirkland's top-tier rankings in the U.K., the firm has obtained Tier 1 rankings in each of the jurisdictions in which the restructuring group operates, namely the U.S., Asia and Germany. Kirkland's worldwide practice is ranked in Tier 1 global-wide in Chambers Global 2018 and has been the No. 1 firm in Global Restructuring Review's GRR 30 rankings for two years running.
