Kirkland Represents National Veterinary Associates in Sale to JAB Investors

Kirkland & Ellis advised National Veterinary Associates, one of the largest veterinary and pet care services organizations in the world, in its sale to JAB Investors by a fund managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) and its minority partner, OMERS Private Equity. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
