Kirkland & Ellis advised Gazit-Globe Limited on its recommended cash offer for Atrium European Real Estate Limited (“Atrium”), valuing Atrium at €1.4 billion. Gazit and its affiliates currently own approximately 60.1% of Atrium’s issued share capital; the offer is in respect of the remaining shares not already owned directly or indirectly by Gazit and its affiliates.
