Kirkland Advises One Equity Partners on Close of $1.75 Billion Fund VII

Kirkland & Ellis advised One Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, on the completed fundraising for its seventh and largest fund to date, One Equity Partners VII, L.P., with $1.75 billion in total capital commitments.
