Kirkland Represents Nuveen Real Estate in $3 Billion Acquisition from Blackstone

Kirkland represented Nuveen Real Estate in its $3 billion acquisition from Blackstone of more than 20 entities owning in excess of 100 urban infill, light industrial and bulk logistics assets. The portfolio spans 12 markets from California to New Jersey and encompasses approximately 29 million square feet. The transaction was announced on October 7, 2019.
