Kirkland Represents Brighton Park Capital on Majority Investment in Relatient

Kirkland & Ellis advised Brighton Park Capital, an investment firm that specializes in software, information services, technology-enabled services, and healthcare, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Relatient, the leading customer-rated patient engagement vendor, as well as its investment in a significant amount of growth capital. The agreement provides for a significant new equity capital investment and positions Relatient for continued leadership and growth in the patient engagement ecosystem. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
