Kirkland Represents Delphi Technologies on Sale to BorgWarner
Kirkland & Ellis advised Delphi Technologies PLC (NYSE: DLPH), a global provider of propulsion technologies, on its agreement with BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE: BWA), a global product leader in clean and efficient technology solutions for combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles, pursuant to which BorgWarner will acquire Delphi in an all-stock transaction that values Delphi at an enterprise value of approximately $3.3 billion. The combined company is expected to be one of the leading pure-play propulsion companies globally. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2020 and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
