Kirkland Advises Windjammer Capital in Acquisition of Compex Legal Services

Kirkland & Ellis advised Windjammer Capital Investors on its acquisition of Compex Legal Services, Inc., a leading, tech-enabled provider of outsourced medical records retrieval and litigation support services nationally, in partnership with management. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
