Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners-Backed Dynamo Software on Acquisition of Imagineer Technology Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised Francisco Partners and its portfolio company Dynamo Software, the premier provider of comprehensive cloud software for the alternative investment industry, on Dynamo’s acquisition of Imagineer Technology Group, combining two of the top alternatives software vendors. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
