Kirkland & Ellis represented MRC on its establishment of a joint venture with Penske Media Corporation, P-MRC Holdings, LLC, which will take over the operations of the Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Rolling Stones, Billboard, Vibe and Music Business Worldwide.
