Kirkland advised Warburg Pincus on the SFr 2.05 billion ($2.2 billion) sale of Avaloq to NEC. Avaloq provides powerful cloud solutions for banks and wealth managers around the globe through business process as a service (BPaaS) and software as a service (SaaS).
