Kirkland Counsels Arcosa in its Acquisition of Strata Materials for $87 Million
Kirkland & Ellis advised Dallas-based Arcosa, Inc. (NYSE: ACA) in its acquisition of Strata Materials for $87 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. Strata is a leading provider of recycled aggregates in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, with five recycled aggregates locations and one natural aggregates plant. The acquisition expands Arcosa’s recycled aggregates platform into the Dallas-Fort Worth market and further advances Arcosa’s overall portfolio shift into construction products.
