Kirkland Advises Montagu Private Equity on Acquisition of Capita’s ESS Business and Investment in ParentPay Group

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Montagu Private Equity (“Montagu”) on the acquisition of the Education Software Solutions business (“ESS”) of Capita plc. 

Kirkland is also advising Montagu on the agreement to invest in ParentPay Group (“ParentPay”), a leading provider of education technology. Following the successful completion of both investments, ESS will become part of the ParentPay Group.
