Kirkland Advises HGGC on Sale of Davies
Kirkland & Ellis is advising HGGC on its agreement to sell a majority stake in Davies, the leading specialist professional services and technology business serving the global insurance market, to BC Partners. HGGC and AIMCo will continue to hold minority stakes following the completion of the transaction. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
