Kirkland Advises on Sale of Talentsoft
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Goldman Sachs and other shareholders of Talentsoft as they enter into exclusive negotiations with Cegid to create a French leader on the European market for Payroll and Human Resources Management solutions in the Cloud. Cegid plans to strengthen its position in the Payroll and Human Resources Management market with the proposed acquisition of Talentsoft, one of the key players in Cloud Talent Management solutions.
