Kirkland Advises Vesey Street Capital Partners on Recapitalization of Safecor Health

Kirkland represented Vesey Street Capital Partners, LLC (VSCP) in the recapitalization of Safecor Health by funds managed by VSCP. Safecor provides pharmaceutical unit dose packaging services for hospitals and health systems and provides unit dose packaging services to pharmaceutical manufacturers and digital pharmacy companies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
