Kirkland Represents Mercury Healthcare on Sale of Healthgrades.com to Red Ventures

Kirkland & Ellis advised Healthgrades, a portfolio company of Vestar Capital Partners, on the divestiture of Healthgrades Marketplace, its Healthgrades.com business, to Red Ventures.  Healthgrades.com is the leading online provider of information about physicians, hospitals and health care providers.  Healthgrades’ remaining business will be rebranded as Mercury Healthcare, which is a separate enterprise-wide software, technology and data platform for health systems.
