Kirkland Advises Gazit Globe on Recommended Cash Acquisition of Atrium European Real Estate Limited

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Gazit Hercules 2020 Limited (Newco), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazit Globe Ltd (Gazit), on the definitive merger agreement for a recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Atrium European Real Estate Limited (Atrium) that is not already owned directly or indirectly by Gazit or its affiliates, valuing Atrium at approximately €1.45 billion. The acquisition is to be implemented by means of a Jersey statutory merger between Atrium and Newco.
