Kirkland Advises Davies Group on Acquisition of Sionic Group

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Davies Group, a portco of BC Partners, on the acquisition of Sionic Group from Livingbridge and management. Sionic is a global consulting firm specialising in financial services with offices in New York, Toronto and London and 300+ staff based across North America, Europe and Asia.
