Kirkland Represents Tailwater Capital and Freestone in Investment in Momentum Technologies

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Tailwater Capital in the formation of new portfolio company Freestone HoldCo, LLC and in connection with Freestone’s investment in Momentum Technologies, a lithium-ion battery and rare earth permanent magnet recycling company.  Freestone is led by Alan Boswell and John Schaufele, and makes energy transition investments.
